Our Team
We have a dedicated staff working together providing you with top quality insurance services and the latest information available. Our office staff is composed of Lanette Fletcher, owner and principal agent; Keith Fletcher, agent and bookkeeper; Sherry Bailey, agent and office manager; Cambri Short, agent and insurance specialist; and Keeley Queen, agent and insurance specialist. We have 30+ years experience in the insurance industry.
We will sit down with you, our customers, and go over your policies and coverage. We are here to file claims as part of our customer service. We will be here to help walk you through the claims process, endorsements, etc. It’s nice to actually be able to speak to a human! And then to be able to walk into our office when you need to!
Objectives
Our mission is to provide our customers with the insurance plan that best fit their needs. Most of our customers come from the West Texas area; but we can service most of the state of Texas.
